The Clinical Education Department at Hill-Rom provides educational programs for healthcare professionals on multiple airway clearance modalities and pulmonary disease management; including The Vest® Airway Clearance System.
National Airway Clearance Seminars
These two-day seminars for physicians, and other healthcare professionals present all modalities of airway clearance. Seminars also include disease management topics from patient and physician perspectives. Participants are provided networking opportunities. CEU credits provided by the AARC and the Academy of Nurse Practioners.
Airway Clearance Education (ACE) Seminars1
These one-day seminars are available to all healthcare professionals who want to learn about available airway clearance modalities, including The Vest® System. CEU credits provided by the AARC and the Academy of Nurse Practioners.
Speakers
The Clinical Education Department provides speakers for national, state and regional meetings, family education days and grand rounds. Choose from a variety of topics, including airway clearance modalities, High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation, and disease management topics from patient and clinical perspectives.
Educational Grant Program
Hill-Rom offers grants, training and demo devices to respiratory schools, educators and their students. This educational approach prepares students for their clinical practice in respiratory care.
Inservice Program
Inservice presentations are available to assist in educating healthcare professionals about The Vest® System.
